Our Work

Our vision in action

CADEF advances the rights, safety and opportunities of children, girls and women in Cameroon.

Locally rooted action. Accountable partnerships. Lasting community change.

Our programme pillars

Our work is organized around six connected areas:

  • Education, ECD and Skills
  • Child Protection, Safeguarding and Accountability
  • Gender Equality, SRHR and Women’s Empowerment
  • Health, Nutrition, WASH and Wellbeing
  • Climate Action, Environment and Resilient Livelihoods
  • Humanitarian Action and Community Resilience

How we work

We work with children, families, communities, schools, civil society and public institutions. Community knowledge and participation help shape practical responses to local priorities.

Children’s rights, safeguarding, inclusion and accountability guide our work and our partnerships. We share verified results only after they have been reviewed.
