  • Uphold CADEF’s child protection and safeguarding policies at all times

  • Offer feedback respectfully and receive correction with humility
  • Support a culture of learning, transparency, and shared growth

🔹 5. Non-Discrimination & Zero Tolerance

  • Refrain from any form of harassment, exploitation, or abuse
  • Report violations promptly through designated CADEF channels
